Job Description
The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations for the executive team. This position involves managing schedules, handling client-related tasks, and coordinating events.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize calendars, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Create agendas for meetings and provide administrative support, including processing invoices and organizing files.
- Act as a liaison for client communications, scheduling reviews, and meetings.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events and seminars.
- Support additional administrative tasks and collaborate with other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; college degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership or executives.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and intermediate skills in Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Additional Details
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (in-office).
- Contract Type: 3-month contract with potential for extension.
- Parking: On-site parking provided.
- Onboarding Requirements: Background check; candidates can start pending clearance.
