Description
The Registered Nurse provides care to sick, disabled and/or injured persons in their home environment under the direction of a physician and in collaboration with other team members. He/she assesses individual and family health needs, collaborates in the development of a nursing care plan, carries out nursing skills, teaches health management concepts and consults appropriate resources within the organization and community.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree Nursing degree/diploma from school of nursing.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Experience in home health, acute care or a skilled nursing facility.
- This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. The NPI process is free, and the application may take several weeks to process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree In Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire.
- 1 year Recent home health, acute care or skilled nursing facility.
