Job Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to oversee and execute various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing email campaigns, creating marketing collateral, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the success of trade shows and advertising efforts. This role requires strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

• Design, schedule, and execute email campaigns to engage customers and vendors.

• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Marketing Collateral: • Develop one-sheets, brochures, and other sales materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Sales Support: • Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary materials and assist with lead generation efforts. Vendor Coordination: • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure seamless coordination for trade shows, advertising, and promotional efforts. Ad Space Management: • Plan, purchase, and monitor ad placements on websites, print, and other media platforms. Event Marketing: • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for trade shows targeting vendors and customers. • Organize photography and videography at events for future marketing purposes. Website Management: • Update website content, including ads, event details, and marketing assets. • Collaborate with web developers or use CMS platforms to ensure a user-friendly experience. Content Creation: • Produce and edit photos and videos to promote events and showcase products/services. Analytics & Reporting: • Track performance metrics for campaigns and events, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role. • Proficiency in marketing tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. • Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace). • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in event marketing or trade show coordination. • Basic photography and video editing skills. • Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media ad platforms.
