The
Senior Marketing Manager
supporting the PPG Paints Brand will be focused on the development of brand and product strategies for the brand portfolio across channels. You are a well-rounded
B2B marketing professional
with experience in brand and channel management, communications, and promotional development. You will manage our
PPG Paints Brand
and report to the Director of Brand Management, USCA, while working a hybrid schedule based in our Cranberry Twp, PA office. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Development of relevant annual and ongoing brand and product strategies based on consumer insights, category trends, competitive environment and our needs. Brand Management: Development of the relevant brand equity framework, and develop creative and supporting materials that follow the brand equity and support the brand portfolio. Budgeting: Maximization of budgets by using ROI tools as a measurement of effectiveness and manage the yearly budget to include ongoing tracking of spend, future commitments and budget availability. Integrated Insights: Understand category, channel and customer insights to identify how we can contribute to customers and consumers across all distribution channels and improve profitable growth of the brand. Promotional Development: Development of branded business driving promotions to close consumers at point of purchase. Project Management: Management of the development, production and implementation of marketing communications tactics. Agency Management (Advertising, Packaging, Media, Social and PR): Management of strategic and daily agency interactions to ensure communications efforts are aligned with brand strategy and positioning Communication: Working, influencing and promoting alignment, and enrolling the management team, Channel Marketing, Sales teams, and other teams to ensure delivery/execution of channel marketing plans. Qualifications
