Daily Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:
Build and maintain relationships with customers by effectively communicating product features and benefits, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service
Overcome customer objections effectively and professionally while negotiating and finalizing sales contracts
Follow up with current, past, and prospective customers to collect valuable feedback and optimize our sales processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
Conduct market research to gain insights into new territories, driving expansion efforts and enhancing our operations
Handle confidential customer information and contracts with the utmost discretion and integrity
Act as a key point of contact and a role model for new Entry Level Account Manager, providing guidance and support
Deliver information confidently and clearly to customers, clients, and teammates
Preferred Skills and Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Manager:
Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail or a related field is highly preferred
Comfortable engaging directly with customers and presenting information
Basic understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and promotional strategies is ideal but not required
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated
Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
High school diploma or GED is required
