Position Overview:
Sedona Staffing is seeking a versatile and proactive Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join a dynamic client company. This role will support the HR Manager in executing HR functions and may assist with recruitment, training and development, and other HR management responsibilities. The Generalist will also handle administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR department. Prior HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial industry is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR Manager in executing HR functions, including compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring processes.
  • Help design and implement training and development initiatives to foster employee growth and engagement.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive experience.
  • Help update and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role. Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
