Job Description
The Sr Systems Analyst role supports a wide range of customers including our Executive leadership team, office, and manufacturing floor workers.
On a day-to-day basis, you may be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software errors, and solving technical problems, either in person or working with customers remotely.
This is a fully on-site position and may be required to be on-call to support customers out of normal working hours as needed.
Responsibilities: White glove support and customer service to our executive leadership team. Perform Software Installation, diagnostics, and repair. Network Analysis and Troubleshooting, to include installation of network gear and communication with ISP. Work cooperatively with users to provide basic direction and instruction with computer applications and systems. Maintain confidential data and information. Analyze problems; identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Analyze situations carefully and adopt effective courses of action. Operate and maintain Apple iOS and MacOS hardware. Operate Windows based hardware and software. Exercise good judgment, flexibility, creativity, and sensitivity in response to changing situations and needs. Perform highly skilled and complex PC maintenance, repair, analysis, and testing. Ensure compliance with and follow standard practices and procedures common to computer networking and information systems work. Establish, maintain, and foster positive and harmonious working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Qualifications:
5+ years of IT experience College degree, or related work experience CompTIA A+ certified or equivalent experience CompTIA Net+ certified or equivalent experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge of MacOS, Windows OS and MS Office products Ability to stay calm in stressful situations, especially when dealing with demanding customers Ability to handle multiple competing priorities Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to use discretion and confidentiality with access to sensitive data May require occasional travel to remote locations Ability to lift computer equipment, including monitors and printers, which may weigh up to 60 lbs. Experience troubleshooting and resolving printing and printer related issues Ability to perform Active Directory administrative tasks including creating users, reviewing group policy settings, and managing computer accounts A strong dedication to customer service Good analytical skills, attention to detail, consistent follow-through to ensure problems are resolved and ability to respond to last-minute requests. Responsible for all aspects of end-user computer provisioning including the setup of hardware, software, and peripherals. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot network, VPN, WI-FI, and local area network access problems Assists in creating documentation for customers and the IT knowledge base Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing system for tracking issues and projects Experience with asset management and inventory control Must be comfortable working in a Manufacturing/Office environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

About the Team
Fanatics Collectibles is a leading licensor, producer, designer, and seller of physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets for entertainment and sports properties globally, as well as a manufacturer of physical and digital trading cards. It has secured exclusive licensing arrangements with major national professional sports leagues, including the MLB, NFL and the NBA, and related players associations, to produce physical and digital trading cards and other collectibles.
Fanatics Collectibles also has partnerships with a number of individual international sports teams and leagues, as well as owners of other entertainment properties granting similar exclusive rights. Fanatics Collectibles recently announced Fanatics Live, expected to launch later in 2023, which will focus on transforming the digital shopping experience through personality-driven content and entertainment.
