About NexHealth
Our healthcare system is frustratingly analog. When you live in a world of one-tap car rides, meal delivery, and unlimited streaming, why do you have to call to schedule an appointment with a doctor and are still handed a clipboard to fill in a form? NexHealth’s mission is to accelerate innovation in healthcare. We’re doing this by connecting patients, doctors, and developers. We’re the first to fully automate the integration with health record systems, paving the way for a new generation of disruptive health-tech companies.
Here's some of what we've accomplished:
$125M Series C at $1B valuation
Manage more than 75 million patient records
80%+ annual revenue growth
Top 10% of Inc. 5000 (2022)

It is an exciting time to be supporting NexHealth. Our SaaS platform has a strong need by doctors and has a very compelling sell. 50% of doctors that see a demo will sign a contract within 2-4 weeks. We are building out our Business Intelligence platform across the company. We are looking for someone that loves building, diving deep into the numbers, and helping our teams have the data they need to make key strategic decisions about their organizations through data.
Success in this role means you’ve worked closely with each of our business units to help define, build, and interpret the dashboards, metrics, and reports necessary to gain key insights into their areas. Additionally, for the harder problems, have the ability to go deeper to identify the drivers for nuanced issues like churn, customer adoption, and other strategic opportunities. You’re also great at writing SQL, and can work closely with our data engineering team to ensure our data models are designed in a way that results in a highly performant BI platform that provides key insights to our teams.
What You'll Do:
Develop our BI platform by building dashboards, defining core metrics, helping teams strategically think through their analytics needs.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Product teams on weekly/quarterly/annual business metrics and performance tracking.
Develop clear rules of engagement across stakeholders to drive efficient processes for data queries and reports, including scope definition, solutioning and delivery of projects.
Explore areas to use AI/ML/predictive analytics to answer key business problems and deliver insights to leadership.
Proactively problem solve, bringing informed ideas on improvements to the Operations and Systems teams and proposing practical solutions to identified shortcomings.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in data analytics roles.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute on corresponding objectives.
Has developed significant reporting and analysis capabilities for teams such as Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success, by connecting to Product and Financial data.
Experience with data visualization tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau).
2+ years experience building analytics capabilities for a high growth B2B SaaS company.
Can use data to tell a story, and connect the dots to bring actionable insights to the business.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective cross-functional leadership experience.
SQL, Excel/G-Sheets expert.
Bonus points: experience with Sigma, R and/or Python.
NexHealth Values:
Solve the customer’s problems, not yours:
When making decisions, think from the perspective of the customer.
Do the things others are not willing to do:
Always go after the hardest problems with the highest quality.
Take ownership:
Act like a founder and own your roles, destinies, mistakes, behavior, and our mission.
Say what’s on your mind, with positive intent:
Be direct, proactive, transparent, and frequent in your communication.
Default trust:
Trust is given by default. This speeds up communication and overall improvements.
Think in first principles:
Identify the problem and break it down to its fundamentals before diving into solutions.
