Job Description:
Responsible for expanding the Product offering - optimizing products, including filing and compliance and actuary in the offering; solutioning around expansion that we do; Insurance product management experience is preferred. A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside. Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. Travel 80% (4 days per week). It is our intention for our people to live where they work and work where they live. However, in the context of our profession and serving our clients there may be times when you will need to travel. Basic Qualifications:
5+ years consulting expertise in Insurance products. Bachelor’s degree. Professional Skill Requirements:
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below. Role Location Annual Salary Range:
California: $94,400 to $293,800 Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800 District of Columbia: $100,500 to $270,300 Illinois: $87,400 to $253,800 Minnesota: $94,400 to $253,800 Maryland: $87,400 to $235,000 New York: $87,400 to $293,800 Washington: $100,500 to $270,300 What We Believe:
