Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation Office The Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation Office will lead key initiatives aimed at driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and transformational projects across the organization. This role requires a leader with a strategic mindset and strong project management skills to support the company's growth and innovative objectives. Strategic Planning
Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals, key priorities and initiatives. Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities and potential risks. Transformation Initiatives
Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Project Management
Oversee the management of strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of transformation initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and support project initiatives. Communicate progress, challenges, and results to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Team Leadership
Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Budget Management
Develop and manage the budget for the Corporate Strategy and Transformation Office, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience
7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or transformation roles. Experience in Merchandising, eComm, Digital, Loyalty/Membership, Personalization. Proven track record of leading successful strategic initiatives and transformation projects. Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Lean). Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
