Position Summary Bay FC is seeking an individual who wants to use the sport of soccer to positively impact the Bay Area community for the role of

Senior Manager of Community Impact . The position will report to the Executive Vice President of Communications, Community, and Public Affairs. The Sr. Manager will oversee the current Coordinator of Community Impact and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to represent Bay FC and deliver meaningful and positive contributions to the Bay Area community, with a particular emphasis on

leadership , Bay FC’s Community Impact pillars. The Sr. Manager will be expected to partner with the Executive Vice President to create the Club’s community impact annual strategy and partner closely with the corporate partnership team to activate and grow corporate partner community efforts. The Sr. Manager must also be able to build and maintain relationships, connect and communicate with those of all backgrounds, and possess the ability to deliver on the differentiating details that create unforgettable events, moments, and experiences for those in the community we serve. Ideally this person has had previous experience in the field of community relations, nonprofits, or public relations. Bay Area experience a plus. Community Impact Sr. Manager Responsibilities Partner with the Executive Vice President of Communications, Community, and Public Affairs to create and execute the Club’s community impact plan and mission. Collaborate with internal departments, such as Corporate Partnerships, Marketing, Tickets, Government Relations, and Public Relations to develop and execute community activations and programs that align with Bay FC's community impact pillars and the Bay FC Foundation mission. This could include event creation, fundraisers, connecting with community groups, event set up/tear down, capturing social media content, etc. Maintain and expand community partnerships that align with Bay FC’s strategic priorities. Manage and oversee match-day events or community relations related responsibilities, including coordinating and hosting non-profits and other community groups at Bay FC games. Serve as a public liaison to build the Bay FC brand at non-profit and other community events. Work directly with Partnerships and Ticket Sales to implement programs associated with sponsorship and ticket sales activations. Help manage community-related player appearances, including sponsor-related player appearances, player appearances at non-profits, etc. Collaborate with the NWSL on league-wide philanthropic initiatives. Manage the Coordinator of Community Impact. Perform other assignments as assigned. Qualifications 5-7 years of community relations experience; previous sports team, nonprofit, or public relations experience a plus. Exceptional organizational, communication, event-planning, and project management skills. Ability to effectively engage and communicate well to a wide variety of constituents while demonstrating Bay FC’s commitment to being a leading global sports franchise and creating an unparalleled fan experience with an active, diverse, connected community. Understanding of the history and creation of Bay FC and the various community groups and external partners that work within the Bay FC ecosystem. Proactive, reliable, and responsible self-starter with a commitment to growth. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adept at managing ambiguity and uncertainty. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation The anticipated salary range for this role is between

$130,000-$135,000 . Hired applicant will be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
