The position will lead the implementation, maintenance, performance tuning, and capacity management for all organizational software systems as directed by management and senior staff. This position will provide Software solutions delivery support and mentoring for Software Engineers. Lead the design and implementation of software solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications. Analyze project needs/requirements and recommend solutions to enable enterprise integration. Develop and implement software solutions, standards, processes, and security. Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and other stakeholders to gather and refine software requirements and developments. Maintain and enhance existing software applications through bug fixes and feature enhancements. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development practices. Attend vendor training/conferences and presentations for continuing skills development. Train and mentor team members and other Adtalem Global Education technical resources as necessary. Lead the development of custom solutions and Salesforce integrations with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, JavaScript, and custom APIs to extend Salesforce's capabilities. Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom integrations with external systems utilizing REST and SOAP APIs, as well as advanced middleware tools such as Mulesoft. Lead the design and development of tailored solutions across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Community Cloud platforms, driving business transformation through innovative, scalable, and high-impact customizations that enhance user experience. Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Azure, Git), and strong understanding of data management and security best practices within Salesforce. Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Six (6) plus years Salesforce development, with expertise in developing complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs. Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues, considering both short-term and long-term implications. Experience in designing scalable and robust software architectures. Familiarity with cloud platforms, distributed systems, and microservices architecture is advantageous. Solid understanding and experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment. Knowledge of software testing methodologies and experience in writing testable code. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools is a plus. Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $84,835.61 and $149,076.17. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
