As the General Manager of Encore Lounges you will be responsible for:

The General Manager is responsible for operating Lobby Bar & Eastside Lounge efficiently within pre-established cost controls. Responsible for managing, scheduling, training restaurant staff and monitoring staff performance. Maintains the department in accordance with Health Department standards. Ensures customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards. Qualifications:
Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner; the ability to speak a second language is a plus. Requires prior experience in Food & Beverage leadership and a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory position in a similar environment (high volume bar/lounge/restaurant preferably in a luxury setting). Candidate must have advanced knowledge of beverages, cigars, and cost control. Candidate must exhibit strong motivational and developmental skills. Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment. Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times. Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
