Management Consulting professionals design and implement transformation programs that integrate strategy, technology, and operations to create enterprise value for clients. Accenture is growing our practice to help our clients navigate their transformational journeys. The Commercial Banking Consultant will be focused on supporting the development of our offerings and the delivery of consulting projects.
Responsibilities may include:
Industry experience within business, commercial, or corporate banking segments. Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end Commercial credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, servicing, and portfolio management. Support Commercial Banking Transformation programs – including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations. Manage project delivery and development of client deliverables/solutions. Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces. Develop our next generation Wholesale credit technology offerings. Become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients looking to solve critical business problems. Travel, as required, up to 80%. Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development. Minimum of 2 years of commercial credit (sales, operations, origination, servicing, portfolio management, trading) project management experience with relevant systems. A Bachelor’s degree. Bonus Points If You Have:
Extensive transformation strategy or operating model design experience in commercial banking. Built next generation analytic capabilities (e.g., GenAI, data models) for commercial banking business. Advanced degree or financial industry certification. Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with senior client executives. Successful track record of leading complex management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle. Structured problem solving and ability to simplify complex initiatives to improve execution. Experience with Next-Gen Technologies supporting Commercial Banking (e.g., nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS). Professional Skills
Proven ability to operate within a collaborative environment. Demonstrated commitment, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian. High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
