Come and join the AmTrustCyber Team! We are a growing and flourishing Cyber/Tech Team with offices around the country. In this role, you will be the AmTrustCyber Claims Adjuster responsible for handling third-party Cyber & Data Privacy claims, managing outside counsel, and providing timely and meaningful claim trend information to underwriters and actuaries. Our portfolio of business includes both admitted and surplus accounts and primary and excess accounts across a diverse range of industries and insureds that are SMEs through Fortune 500 companies. This position helps maintain profitable growth and account retention along with long-term company and client relationships. Responsibilities

Directly managing third-party claims including the investigation, analysis and evaluation of coverage liability and damages. Formulating claims and litigation strategies with respect to primary and excess matters involving Cyber & Data Privacy, Class Action, and Copyright claims. Assigning, directing, and managing outside counsel - including the assignment of matters and the management of costs. Identifying liability and coverage trends and issues with both individual and portfolio impact and formulating the processes and strategies for handling such claims as well as ensuring accurate and consistent claims management across impacted underwriting segments and lines of business. Facilitating the collection and analysis of claims-related data for analytic purposes. Providing feedback on counsel and firm partners to update our team's preferred panel list. Disseminating information on claim trends to senior management and underwriting teams. Supporting underwriting inquiries and information requests. Securing coverage counsel, as needed, and working in collaboration. Communicating with senior executives, brokers, reinsurers, actuaries, insureds, and auditors (both external and internal). Work Profile:

Preferred location is Chicago, IL or Salt Lake City, UT, working a three-day-a-week in-office hybrid schedule. Additional geographic locations can be considered. Qualifications

5+ years of claims management experience handling primary and excess claims, and/or a JD with insurance coverage or litigation experience (cyber experience is preferred, but is not required). Bachelor's Degree required. Demonstrated ability and experience handling claims involving a wide variety of loss scenarios as well as reporting and presenting the same to senior management. In-depth knowledge of claims, litigation, arbitration, trial processes and insurance coverage, as well as excellent analytical, investigative, and negotiating skills. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and relationship management skills. Analytical thinker that can drive results using all facets of the legal and claims processes. Understanding of and ability to balance both the immediate claim issues as well as the broader portfolio impact and customer service impact of coverage disputes and issues. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with people with conflicting expectations, differing opinions, and multiple viewpoints. What We Offer
