Key Role/Responsibilities:
Lead and advocate for MyLT membership community and how it delivers financial progress for members. Establish paths to deeper membership loyalty, return visits, and monetization cross-sell. Build key themes and building blocks for engagement from customer insight and product analytics. Help define digital advisor’s evolving role for our selected consumer segments' financial journeys on MyLT. Ensure our stack of services, content, communications, and offers support the MyLT strategy. Work with 3rd parties/partners to identify/scope services that help deliver the MyLT strategy. Projects/Areas where this teammate will deliver:
Set the engagement strategy and roadmap for the business (how/where/when we want to engage members). Manage “member-specific” strategies/offerings e.g., Co-Branded Credit Card, Personal Loan Offers, Credit Building Offers. Identify consumer-product interactions/signals that help deliver improved credit offers. Establish and coordinate membership engagement efforts and tactics across LT teams. Organize the ongoing MyLT learning agenda for Marketing Research/Customer Analytics. Qualifications:
10-12 years of demonstrated experience in loyalty strategy, value proposition, customer engagement strategy, or business strategy. MBA in a related field preferred, not required. Must understand the credit lifecycle. Experience working with a subscription membership model. COMPANY LendingTree is the nation’s largest online lending marketplace.
