You Are:
A Consulting expert with deep professional experience working across the Enterprise and Consumer Technology, Semiconductor, and Med Tech industries. You are high energy and have a passion for the High-Tech industry. You are at the forefront of industry trends, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to our clients. As a consultant, you are an expert at executing on strategic plans. You consider yourself to be very adept at establishing and nurturing client relationships and are equally capable of applying those interpersonal skills to develop and maximize the talents of your team members. These skills enable you to thrive on a wide range of engagements that help your clients set and achieve their strategic and operational objectives.
The Work:
Partner with clients across the Semi-Conductor industry to implement new processes and technology in their organizations
Lead execution teams to meet the needs of clients; Draw on industry best practices to inform recommendations
Create and share thought leadership and cross-industry perspective with High Tech clients
Initiate relationships and build trust with clients to raise Accenture's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner
Manage responses to RFPs and support business development efforts
Mentor junior members of the team
Travel as needed, up to 80%
Here's What You Need:
Minimum of 5 years combined experience in consulting and the High-Tech Semi-Conductor industry
Minimum of 4 years' experience delivering programs in at least one of the following areas: platform implementations, Cloud transformation, and/or the execution of large-scale functional transformations
Bachelor's degree
Bonus Points if:
You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
Semiconductor equipment manufacturing Planning or Operations experience
Operations experience with companies in the Semiconductor Value Chain
Front end Planning or Operations experience
Back end Planning or Operations experience
PLM/PDM product modeling with complex and/or multi-level BOMs
Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
Compensation:
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, or Washington as set forth below. Role Location Annual Salary Range: California $94,400 to $293,800 Colorado $94,400 to $253,800 District of Columbia $100,500 to $270,300 Illinois $87,400 to $253,800 Minnesota $94,400 to $253,800 Maryland $87,400 to $235,000 New York $87,400 to $293,800 Washington $100,500 to $270,300 #LI-NA-FY25
