We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Director of Culture & Engagement to lead and drive the organization’s culture and inclusion strategy across our global enterprise. This role will
report to the VP of Global Talent and will
be responsible for oversight and execution of key culture and diversity initiatives, providing strategic hands-on support for ongoing programs, and ensuring continuous improvement to maximize impact. JOB DUTIES Culture and Inclusion : Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing execution of the global culture and inclusion strategy to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Continuously assess and enhance culture and diversity programs to ensure they drive meaningful outcomes. Culture Activation & Training : Evolve culture and engagement across the organization, including the design and delivery of training programs, developing resources, and hands-on support to all levels of the business, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workforce. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) : Provide strategic program management, support, and governance to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), driving active engagement and alignment with business objectives while ensuring consistent value and impact. Data-Driven Insights & Action Plans : Collect, analyze, and report on culture and diversity data, own global and regional reporting requirements, provide quarterly insights and action plans to stakeholders including executive leadership. Translate data findings into actionable recommendations that align with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement. Global Partnership Management : Actively manage and cultivate relationships with diverse external partnerships, including community organizations, universities, and professional networks, to maximize investment, capture ROI through data, and align talent strategies to areas of underrepresentation. Executive Communication & Reporting : Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports for senior executives. Manage compliance reporting (AAP, EEO, VETS, OFCCP, etc.). Articulate culture and diversity insights and strategies effectively, influencing decision-making and business priorities. Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory : Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and Talent teams to ensure culture and inclusion strategies are integrated across the organization globally. YOU MUST HAVE 12+ years of collective experience spanning HR, culture, engagement, diversity, and inclusion, with a focus on global initiatives. Proven track record of successfully managing global large-scale, high-impact programs in matrixed organizations. WE VALUE Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and manage senior executive relationships. Experience in program management, with a demonstrated ability to develop, hands on implementation, and execute to drive the success of global culture and diversity programs. Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting, interpreting, and presenting HR, culture, and diversity-related data, and using it to develop actionable insights and strategies. Strong understanding of global culture and inclusion trends, practices, and challenges, with experience working across multiple regions and cultures.
