Job Overview
We are in search of a seasoned and strategic leader to assume the role of Vice President, Strategy & Planning. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in steering innovative communication initiatives for both existing and prospective clients. By working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including account management, creative, and analytics—you will provide consultative insights derived from comprehensive research, data analysis, and market evaluation. Your contributions will be vital in formulating strategies for a range of products and services, particularly within the financial services sector, while also playing a key role in new business development and pitch initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Guide the creation of marketing and communication strategies fueled by customer insights and data analytics.
Examine research and data to pinpoint significant business implications, enabling clients to make data-driven decisions.
Partner with client service and analytics teams to showcase the return on investment (ROI) of communication strategies and refine future projects based on these insights.
Support new business pitches by ensuring compelling and strategic messaging tailored for potential clients.

Qualifications
A Master's degree in business, psychology, social sciences, or a related discipline.
Over 10 years of experience in strategic planning, either in an agency setting or as a brand marketer within a client-focused environment.
Proven track record in synthesizing and interpreting research and analytics results to drive strategic decisions.
Experience managing campaigns aimed at the Latino/multicultural market is advantageous.
Strong expertise in Brand, Digital, and Integrated Communications.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving, with moderation experience as a plus.
An inquisitive mindset with the ability to connect diverse insights to inspire innovative strategies.
