Account Executive - MDU Sales

Position Purpose/Summary Fastwyre Broadband is seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Executive - MDU Sales to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive sales growth by developing relationships with property owners, managers, and developers of multi-dwelling units (MDUs) to deliver Fastwyre's state-of-the-art broadband services. You'll play a key role in expanding our market presence while providing customized solutions to meet the connectivity needs of MDU communities. Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Sales and Relationship Management: * Develop and maintain relationships with MDU property owners, developers, and property managers. * Identify opportunities to market Fastwyre's services to new and existing MDU communities. * Negotiate agreements, including bulk service arrangements and property access agreements. * Market Development: * Conduct market research to identify potential MDU customers and build a pipeline of sales opportunities. * Attend and represent Fastwyre at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and drive leads. * Customized Solutions: * Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored broadband solutions that address the unique needs of MDU customers. * Work closely with finance, engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless project implementation and service activation. * Sales Targets and Reporting: * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management. * Customer Experience: * Act as the main point of contact for MDU clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle and beyond. * Address client concerns promptly and coordinate with internal departments for resolution. Knowledge, Abilities, & Skills for Success * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 3+ years of experience in sales, with a preference for telecommunications, broadband, or related industries. * Knowledge of the MDU industry. * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into value propositions for customers. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Qualifications At a minimum, the MDU Account Executive must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent field of study, along with 5+ years of experience in the Telecom and/or Cable industry in addition to experience with multi-dwelling units (MDUs), along with proven results in, exceeding organizational sales objectives, and the ability to demonstrate expertise in leading successful sales organizations in technology businesses, and a valid driver's license.
