The schedule involves 24-hour call (7 AM7 AM) covering inpatient, ED, and OR, with no clinic responsibilities. The role requires general orthopedic procedures (bread and butter), supported by 4 surgeons but no APP support. EMR is Epic, and credentialing typically takes 30 days, with emergency privileges available for qualified providers.
