About The Position
Family Practice NP Opportunity

Practice Setting
- Outpatient clinic focused on older adult patients
- Nurse practitioner-led team with collaborative support
- Full MA/scribe and RN support available
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Full-time coverage needed with no call responsibilities
Procedures and Cases
- General primary care for Medicare-aged patients (65+)
- Common cases include diabetes, hypertension, CHF, mild cognitive impairment, and coronary artery disease
- Manage 16-18 patients per day in a steady-paced environment
Requirements
- Active Ohio NP license required
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Adult Nurse Practitioner
- DEA certification and Arabic-speaking ability required
