Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representativeto join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be assisting customers with accounts and billing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, three years of relevant experienceand the ability to work in a fast paced environmentwhich will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Henderson, KY
Pay Range: $20/hr
Whats the Job?
- Taking orders over the phone, email, and from walk-in customers
- Setting up new accounts
- Assisting customers with invoice questions
- Work in an office setting
- Other duties as assigned
Whats Needed?
- Mininum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Three years customer service or related experience
- Preferred: Experience in an oil/gas environment
- Computer and office machinery knowledge
