Physician / ObGyn / New York / Permanent / Gynecological Surgeon Job

A healthcare clinic, with multiple sites around New York and Long Island, is seeking a Gynecological Surgeon trained to join their pursuit of high-quality patient care in Queens. About the Opportunity: Shift: Daytime Schedule: Monday to Friday (one Saturday per month) Hours: 8am to 6pm (one late night shift per week) and one Saturday per month Setting: Outpatient Patient Volume: 2 to 3 per hour Provider has Opportunity to do deliveries at hospitals if desired Responsibilities: Provide high-quality outpatient care, utilizing the latest developments and advanced surgical techniques and treatment Review patient's history and perform physical examination Care for and treat women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods Treat diseases of female organs Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention Perform cesarean sections or other surgical procedures as needed to preserve patients' health and deliver babies safely Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of Surgical experience M.D. / D.O. Board Eligible / Certified ACLS and BLS certification DEA Registration Interest in Population Health Desired Skills: Diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy. Diagnostic and operative laparoscopy. Diagnostic cystoscopy.
