Certification Details BLS ARRT - MR Certification Job Requirements MRI Technician specialty LTA employment type Additional Details COVID-19 Vaccine: Covid vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission. Declination will not be accepted for any reason, only submit candidates who are fully vaccinated or have had the first shot with the second already scheduled MMR: Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and/or positive laboratory titer Fit Test: Completed onsite. Completed annually Hepatitis B: Documentation of Hep B vaccinations (series of 3) and/or positive laboratory titer or signed declination if choosing not to take vaccine Influenza Vaccine: Influenza vaccine status required.
