Oversee grant accounting and ensure compliance with all grant requirements. Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Manage cash flow and investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including A-133 audits. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure best practices and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA preferred. 5 years of experience in a senior finance role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a non-profit organization. Strong experience with grant accounting and compliance. Experience with A-133 audits and regulatory compliance. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills. Excellent leadership and management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
