Description: • We are looking for a Lead AI Data Scientist to drive the development of innovative solutions using advanced data extraction and machine learning techniques. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying models that optimize data processing, enhance decision-making, and streamline entity identification. • This role will also involve documenting model processes and collaborating with teams to provide technical expertise.

Responsibilities: • Design and implement strategies for extracting valuable insights from diverse data sources for various applications. • Evaluate and select suitable machine learning algorithms and methodologies, balancing efficiency and performance. • Manage, validate, and deploy custom models, integrating them seamlessly into existing workflows. • Develop and implement machine learning models to optimize complex decision-making processes. • Identify and mitigate data redundancy through robust entity matching techniques. • Write queries and generate reports to ensure the accuracy and reliability of models. • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to choose optimal modeling approaches that meet performance and cost objectives. • Document models comprehensively, offering accessible APIs for testing and validation.

Required Skills: • Extensive experience in machine learning, including hands-on work with libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, and Numpy. • Proficient in training large-scale models using a modern deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch). • Strong background in natural language processing (NLP) with experience using various NLP tools and libraries. • Advanced degree in a related field, specializing in NLP or machine learning. • Significant experience with cloud platforms and deploying large-scale models. • Familiarity with decision trees and SQL for data querying and analysis. • Expert-level programming skills in Python. • Strong ability to mentor and train other team members on advanced data science techniques. • Adept at documenting technical processes and procedures.

Desired Skills: • AWS certification is advantageous. • Experience in teaching or delivering presentations at industry conferences.

Compensation: Salary: $119000-$170,000
