Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and patient information management. Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology and physiology knowledge to deliver quality care. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Assist with catheter care and other medical procedures as required.
