Mission:
Support the Operations team in the preparation, advance, and execution of music festivals at sea with goal of providing a world-class experience for guests and artists.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Tour Managers in brainstorming, creating, and organizing onboard activities including trivia and various types of games shows.
- Supporting the Purchasing, Activations and Logistics arms of Sixthman Operations as needed. May include our warehouse location.
- Assist in the creation of various printed items for our events.
- Help the team organize during lead-up to events
- Various administrative duties as tasked.
- Operations and Tour Managers meetings as well as various other huddle meetings where event strategy, planning, and event execution take place.
- Execution of launch of new events
- Communication with our shipboard partners
- Eligible for the opportunity to be invited to work and sail on one of our events upon the completion of at least one semester.
- This is an unpaid internship. Must be enrolled in college & able to receive academic credit to apply.
- Must be in Metro Atlanta Area & able to commute to the Sixthman office.
- Must furnish own laptop for in-office work.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Monday.com, other project management systems, and various social media platforms is a plus.
- Computer proficiency (Email, Word, and Excel skills)
