Flexographic Press Operator

We are currently seeking a dedicated 1st shift Flexographic Press Operator to join our team at the M Rosenthal Company in Cincinnati, OH. If you have experience with Flexo or Offset Press, Mark Andy, Nilpeter, Komori, Heidelberg, we want to hear from you!

As a Flexographic Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic printing press to produce high-quality printed materials. You will be involved in all aspects of the printing process, from setting up the press to monitoring print quality and making adjustments as needed. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of color management are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate flexographic printing press to produce printed materials
2. Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
3. Set up and maintain press equipment
4. Ensure proper color matching and consistency
5. Perform quality control inspections
6. Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as needed
7. Any al all related duties assigned based on experience & skill.
8. This position may require occational overtime based on business needs and deadlines.1st shift

Minimum Salary: $38,000.00

Maximum Salary: $48,000.00
