Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team, who will be primarily responsible for handling a team and managing communication from North America and Latin America. The role is based in Westen, North Carolina, and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a B2B and B2C environment, serving a diverse range of clients from large corporations to small businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a diverse team of customer service professionals
• Manage customer communication across North America and Latin America
• Ensure efficient processing and follow-up of customer orders
• Maintain and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action as needed
• Develop and implement strategic customer service initiatives
• Utilize CRM and other manufacturing organizational tools effectively
• Oversee billing functions and manage accounts receivable
• Resolve customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Contribute to leadership development and recruitment efforts
• Ensure superior customer service standards are met and exceeded.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service management role or similar position.
• Proficiency in 3M systems and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated experience with accounting software systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of CRM platforms.
• Proficient in overseeing billing functions.
• Ability to effectively monitor and manage cash activity.
• Skilled in cash applications.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to deliver superior customer service.
• Proven ability to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently.
• Experience in customer success management.
• Knowledge of shipping management and related processes.
