We're looking for a
Recruiting Manager
to drive GenAI Operation hiring. This person will lead all recruiting-related goals around headcount attainment and efficiency for their functional areas (ex. hitting headcount and funnel conversion targets, building and being accountable for hitting recruiting OKRs, reporting on recruiting progress, etc.). You will: Design and execute comprehensive technical recruiting strategies aligned with company growth objectives Manage a team of recruiters, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance development Lead, set clear guidelines, coach and develop a team of recruiters Develop and optimize recruiting processes, including candidate experience, interview methodologies, and assessment techniques Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving talent needs and skill requirements Implement data-driven recruiting metrics and analytics to continuously improve hiring effectiveness Develop employer branding strategies to position the company as a top destination for technical talent Manage recruiting technology stack and explore innovative sourcing and assessment tools You have: 5+ years of Product and/or Ops Recruiting experience Minimum 2 years in a recruiting management role Proven track record of recruiting for complex technical roles in Operations and Product Experience managing and developing recruiting teams Deep understanding of technical job markets, compensation trends, and talent acquisition strategies Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Nice to have: Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience recruiting in high-growth technology companies Demonstrated success in scaling recruiting teams Proficiency in recruiting technologies and ATS systems (GH, Gem) Background in technical assessment and interview methodology design Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process, and confirm whether the hired role will be eligible for equity grant. You'll also receive benefits including, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the locations of San Francisco, New York, Seattle is: $160,000$195,000 USD
