Planning Center/War Room (PC/WR) Administrator (Staff Associate)

to provide War Room Administrative Services Support for our client on site at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC.

Mandatory Requirement: Applicants selected for this position may be subject to a Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information at the Secret clearance level.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist with NAVSEA Sustainment Planning Center/War Room (NSO PC/WR) tours, be prepared to present to visitors at any time and answer questions on NSO PC/WR content and educate visitors on sustainment processes and issues, Assist with providing information for data calls; connect those with questions to best POCs to answer questions. Assist with presentations to Senior Flag/SES and be comfortable interacting with Senior leaders and staff at a moment's notice, Able to work in a Strategic as well as a Tactical Real World Environment. Research Navy Sustainment system, stay up to date on process changes, new instructions, and initiatives, Assist with the development and updating of NSO PC/WR functional areas working with stakeholders across the Naval Surface Enterprise including DASNs, PEO Ships/USC/IWS, OPNAV, CNSP/CNSL, USFFC, and other major staffs, Assist with updating NSO WR Functional Areas with new information from weekly sync meetings and as requested by Subject Matter Experts and Leadership, Work with stakeholders to ensure latest material available in NSO PC/WR, Maintain all NSO PC/WR files in Shared Drive, and Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Success for working in this position requires:

Ability to effectively communicate, present to and work with Department of the Navy staff at all levels, consultants, and other DoD employees, Ability to work with sensitive and classified information, Ability to work with NMCI systems, Ability to adapt and multi-task, Ability to work with a high degree of independence, discretion, and personal initiative, Self-starter, goal-oriented, provides timely feedback on progress made on assignments, Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, handle complex assignments, maintain status across several stakeholders, and work in a fast-paced environment, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Must be proficient

with the MS Office Suite of Products; particularly Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Professional software including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, prepare presentation slides, and produce customized reports, and High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments, including good proof reading, grammar, and analytical skills. Education and Experience:

Three to five years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information, Experience with Data Analytics (Power BI and Dashboards), Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline, Data analytics, statistics, or econometrics experience or education strongly preferred, Navy, shipyard, or Coast Guard experience preferred, and Experience working or participating in any of the following: Navy Operations, Ship Maintenance/Regional Maintenance Centers (RMC's) or Ship Yard processes, preferred.
