What You’ll DoAs a Front-End Engineer with Full-Stack Experience, you will directly shape the user experience and scalability of our compliance platform. You will:
- Build Engaging Interfaces: Design and develop intuitive, high-performance user interfaces using React/Next.js.
- Leverage AI Insights: Ensure seamless delivery of AI-driven insights through our compliance tools.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Data/AI and back-end engineers to integrate APIs and data pipelines.
- Enhance User Experience: Drive user engagement by iterating on designs based on customer behavior and feedback.
- Simplify Complexity: Transform intricate regulatory challenges into streamlined, user-friendly solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3-10 years of hands-on engineering experience, focusing on front-end development and creating intuitive, high-quality user interfaces.
- CSS Skills: Proficiency in styling is key for creating user-friendly interfaces. Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., styled-components). Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Chakra UI. Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- React Expertise: Strong experience with React is highly desired. Knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, and functional components. Experience with other frameworks is a plus, such as Vue.js, Angular, Svelte, etc. Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
- UX/UI Focus: Strong instincts for user experience and interface design, particularly for driving customer engagement and solving problems.
- Back-End Collaboration: Familiarity with back-end technologies to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity & Customer-Centricity: A user-first mindset, with a passion for improving outcomes for customers.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to learn and work with new technologies and frameworks quickly.
