Paxos Trust Company, LLC seeks a Director, Strategic Partnerships in New York, NY.Duties: • Forge relationships with some of the largest tech, fintech and payments companies on the planet to drive scaled adoption of Paxos’ core technology offering.• Build and execute go-to-market strategies that launch new partnerships and product offerings for Paxos and our partners• Own relationships across Product & Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Commercial at both Paxos and partner organization to drive results for Paxos and our partners• Be a domain expert in this area to help Paxos craft its forward-looking strategy while building a customer base• To advocate for the needs and demands of strategic partners when interacting with product, risk, compliance, legal, and finance• Collaborate with Head of Revenue, Head of Strategy, and Product leadership to determine near and long-term growth objectives• Attend industry conferences to represent Paxos and to act as the tip of the spear for our outbound prospecting efforts• Maintain rolodex of industry relationships and mappings of potential customers and the key decision makers within them• Define strategies that demonstrate compelling value to expand and close complex enterprise technology BD opportunities• Negotiate win-win economics in contracts that support profitable, long-term customer and customer relationships• Prioritize ruthlessly, dedicating the team’s time and resources on the most promising opportunities and constantly re-evaluating how to efficiently manage less obvious onesRequires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields, plus 10 years of experience.Requires 5 years of experience in the following:• Enterprise SaaS and/or Fintech Business Development in dynamic, fast paced, and results oriented organizations• Building global partnerships, with a focus on Latin America• Growing revenue via channel partners and driving product adoption• Building and executing go-to-market strategies that launch new partnerships and product offerings for the company and its partners• Pitching complex technology, preferably to C-level executives at large regional and global companies• Working cross-functionally to drive results for an enterprise technology organization, preferably in fintech or payments• Adapting to the quickly changing landscape of a startup environment in an emerging technology spaceTelecommuting Permitted. 5% domestic travel required.40 hours/week, $292,427 to $325,000 per year.
