The
Associate Brand Manager
will be an integral member of the Dole Fruit Bowls team and a key contributor to the category’s overall strategy, annual business plans, holistic communication plans, innovation product launches and brand executions across all media and consumer touch points.

This role provides flexibility to work in a hybrid environment of home and our US HQ in Westlake Village, CA.
( Hybrid is defined as working 3 days per week in office. )
Responsibilities Primary Accountabilities:
Collaborate with your category leader to create short and long-term category objectives and strategies and lead the execution of category plans and tactics to deliver against business objectives.
Work with the Comms team to manage marketing communications, including but not limited to development of creative communications briefs, creative evaluation, and measurement.
Help lead the execution of integrated communication plan, working with media, digital and shopper marketing agencies.
Partner with Market Research in the development of appropriate consumer research to identify consumer insights that will grow the portfolio.
Help with monthly analysis to leadership, providing actionable insights based on IRI and internal data.
Collaborate with internal multi-discipline functions, including Innovation, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, to develop strategies and plans that drive growth, deliver objectives and resolve issues.
Manage and track marketing budget.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and perform other duties as needed to support the business.
Manage cross functional team to launch new products from ideation through launch.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Experience, Knowledge, & Skills You Bring:
General consumer products industry knowledge.
Minimum of 2 years’ business or consumer goods experience is required with demonstrated ability to support key organizational initiatives at a consumer-centric organization.
Understanding of media and technology trends and digital marketing experience is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills; syndicated data experience a plus (IRI/Nielsen).
Passion for the consumer.

Proficient with MS Office Suite with exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and use the computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones and use a variety of office equipment; ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel required.
