About Us
A leading shopping center developer and owner of some of the nation's best real estate in top markets is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join their team. They are committed to creating vibrant and thriving communities through their properties!

Overview
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of one of their major properties! You will provide essential administrative support to their management team, ensuring the smooth running of the property.

Responsibilities
  • Handle administrative tasks (mail, documents, calls, files)
  • Serve as a liaison between tenants and property management
  • Assist property management team with tenant-related tasks
  • Coordinate meeting space and maintain office cleanliness
  • Oversee office supplies
  • Build relationships with center merchants
  • Maintain databases and records
  • Support Leasing Administration and Marketing
  • Attend meetings and trainings

Qualifications and Skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
  • Experience in commercial real estate administration preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
  • Able to perform all essential functions of the position

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
Friday (8:00AM - 2:00PM)

Compensation: $29.50 Hourly
