Pavion and our family of companies (AFA, Structure Works, Star Asset Security, REECE et al) are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our corporate team. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier professional talent for the organization. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization's core values. Primary Responsibilities: Source and conduct initial screenings of resumes, assess candidate fit, and conduct phone and in-person interviews. Schedule interviews, conduct debrief sessions, and present job offers to selected candidates. Develop creative methods for sourcing candidates to identify diverse, top-level talent which may include internet research, social media, networking, direct sourcing, employee referrals, advertisements, career events, associations and other sources as needed. Partner with hiring managers to develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates. Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruiting best practices, market trends, and sourcing strategies. Maintain solid industry awareness and market intelligence in terms of hiring trends, competitive landscape, compensation trends and recruitment challenges. Maintain records and files and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners to ensure a positive candidate experience and effective communication throughout the recruitment process. Foster outstanding candidate experiences through exceptional customer service and timely communication with candidates. Utilize your attention to detail in sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person), and evaluating their qualifications and fit for the organization. Exemplify a strong sense of urgency, consistently prioritizing tasks to ensure time-sensitive deliverables are met and driving forward the recruitment process with speed and efficiency. Basic Qualifications: Minimum, 3 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates. Strong knowledge of the talent landscape in a related industry. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to independently manage a high requisition load and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools. High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills. Proficient in managing stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and candidates. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred.
