The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the strategy and vision for IQVIA’s next generation of core information offerings. In addition, this candidate will be responsible for driving client transition strategy to migrate existing client base to new information offerings. This candidate will be responsible for capturing the “voice of the customer” and translating that into short and long-term product roadmaps with relevant revenue projections and business cases that support portfolio growth. This individual must also have proven experience in driving product release cycles, including working with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions on time. Location:
While this individual will work remotely, in-person days are valuable for collaboration. Therefore, we prefer the individual to be commutable to our King of Prussia office and work from there one or two days a week. The specific days will be determined based on various factors, including the individual's availability. Essential Functions: Work with product development, sales, and service to ensure that we can effectively build, price, sell, and service the solution. Work with other USBU business lines to ensure curated assets are available to enable required use cases to support their client base. Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Sales enablement teams to drive client transition strategy. Able to drive the product strategy for individual modules within our overall solution set. Able to evaluate competitive and/or complementary offerings in market for potential partnership or acquisition. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in life sciences industry and strong working knowledge of data-driven business applications. Successful track record in developing customer-centric solutions as a service provider. Proven ability to translate customer requests, competitive activities, and industry trends into value drivers of new offerings and product requirements. Expertise working with GTM teams and/or customers to validate requirements throughout the development cycle. Thought leader in the pharmaceutical market is a plus. Strategic planning skills. Experience using agile product development methodologies. Proven ability to engage audiences and simplify complex messages. Demonstrated success building effective relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including senior leaders, associates, and other key stakeholders. Ability to build internal relationships with offering development, delivery, and go-to-market organizations. Previous experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical/Management Consulting sector preferred.
