Overview We are looking for a Senior Director, Product Marketing to join Zylo, who will help define and execute the go-to-market strategy and marketing programs to drive demand for the Zylo platform and professional services. You will develop clear, differentiated messaging and work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer success, to implement plans that drive revenue growth and product adoption around SaaS Management. Reporting to the CMO, the ideal candidate will need to drive strategy and execute initiatives while simultaneously building processes to scale for the future as we grow. Key Responsibilities Messaging and Positioning SaaS Management is a relatively new category and this role presents a unique and exciting opportunity to help shape and lead a category. Develop and continuously iterate on Zylo's product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that continue to inspire and differentiate us as the leader in the SaaS Management across IT, SAM, and Procurement segments. Create and deliver marketing content such as webinars, product tours, website, industry presentations, blogs, etc. that effectively articulate Zylo’s value. GTM Strategy and Product Launches Inform and influence Zylo’s product roadmap and messaging priorities with compelling and timely assessment and insights on market knowledge, competitive insights, buyer personas, buying criteria, win/loss assessment, business performance analytics, and corporate priorities. Develop and lead product launches for customers, customer-facing teams, prospects, and sales to ensure launch completeness, consistency, success -- and constant optimization. Align with GTM, customer success, professional services, and the broader marketing team to create strategies that help drive customer value and new revenue opportunities. Partner with the broader marketing team to produce clear, compelling, and persuasive messaging and content to create demand and educate the market. Ensure program strategy and tactics support the buyer journey to increase revenue-generating adoption and upsell opportunities. Pricing and Packaging Pricing, naming, and packaging – Lead product naming; provide analytics, research, and insights to drive pricing and packaging. Customer Focused Content Creation Partner with the customer marketing and product teams to produce customer stories, product tours, and use case guides that showcase Zylo’s capabilities and drive adoption and customer value. Simplify complex concepts to appeal to technical and business audiences, answering the ‘why’ behind Zylo and help to deliver ongoing value. Product Enablement Develop and deliver product enablement and marketing collateral, including decks, datasheets, competitive analysis, customer stories, and more, to empower sales and customer success teams. Collaborate with new business to refine messaging for different buyer personas and customer journeys. Requirements

What you need 7+ years of product marketing experience, at least 5 in B2B SaaS Demonstrated success in crafting clear, compelling, and differentiated product messaging and value propositions for various buying personas Experience leading successful Tier 1, cross-functional product launches Passion for transforming data into actionable insights to inform GTM strategies and programs Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment A collaborative approach to defining processes, coaching others, and building relationships across teams Solid experience in delivering presentations, webinars, and product enablement Nice to have Preferred location is Indianapolis or the Midwest, but not required.
