Equalpride is hiring an Account Executive (Consumer Electronics, Fashion, Beauty) to join our Corporate Sales team.
We are looking for an experienced, client-facing, enthusiastic digital, social, OLV media expert capable of creating advertising solutions such as branded content and data driven digital and programmatic partnerships for Fashion, Beauty, & Consumer Electronics clients. Experience and existing relationships in these business categories are a must. Additional categories to be assigned.

Our Corporate Sales team members represent equalpride and its brands within advertising and partnership ecosystems, calling on, managing, and meeting with clients, brands, agencies and holding companies.
The position reports directly to EVP, Corporate Sales. This position is based in New York City with remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
•Build and nurture high-level relationships with leading clients and agencies in the Fashion, Beauty, Grooming, and Consumer Electronics sectors.
•Effectively communicate equalpride's distinct value proposition and the return on marketing investment it delivers.
•Develop bespoke client solutions using equalpride's full suite of offerings, including Display, Video, Programmatic, Branded Content, Social Media, and Live/Virtual Events.
•Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and direct clients while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•Collaborate with client and agency teams (e.g., branded content, video, digital, social, and programmatic) to execute successful campaigns.
•Partner with equalpride's internal teams (Brand Partnerships, Client Services, Ad Ops, and Creative Services) to create impactful client solutions.
•Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
•Demonstrate deep expertise in digital media and social media ecosystems.
•Represent equalpride as a brand ambassador at industry events and client engagements.
•Track and manage sales activities through Salesforce.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile:
•Established Relationships: Strong network with clients and agencies, with 5+ years of demonstrated success in ideation, collaboration, and sales across clients, agencies, and holding companies.
•Digital Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape, including creative branded content and data-driven audience programs. Experience in selling these across regions is a plus.
•Strategic Thinker: Ability to spark interest and deliver value-driven, creative solutions that align with client digital marketing objectives.
•Programmatic & Social Media Knowledge: Solid understanding of programmatic and social media advertising, including both technical and sales aspects, is preferred.
•Lifelong Learner: Commitment to staying informed and adapting within the evolving digital, social, programmatic, and content media ecosystems.
•Creative Visionary: Passion for storytelling, technology, media, and innovative selling strategies
Additional Information
Salary & Benefits:
•Salary: $115,000-$135,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)
