It’s FIJI Water and we are seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources to serve as a strategic business partner committed to delivering high-quality HR services to our business leaders, employees, and colleagues across domestic and international operations. This role is pivotal in supporting HR strategies across multi-geography teams, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities. In addition to driving engagement and high-performing talent initiatives within the U.S., the Senior Director will collaborate closely with the HR team in the South Pacific, providing support for global HR processes and practices, as well as cross-cultural integration. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, as well as modeling and actively promoting a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement while effectively addressing employee and organizational needs at all levels. This is a great opportunity to design and lead a full company HR function for an iconic household brand while being an integral part of a larger organization. We primarily work a hybrid schedule in-office Monday – Wednesday with the option to work from home Thursday and Friday; however, travel up to 25% will be required when necessary. Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with a de-centralized leadership team to provide support on all People-related activities and initiatives, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to effectively manage their teams and drive organizational success. Oversee and support HR initiatives across U.S. and international operations, ensuring consistency with global HR processes, company policies, and best practices. Develop, guide and mentor HRBP team. Global Talent Management and Employee Engagement: Coach business leaders on execution of performance management and employee development processes to promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Lead talent management processes, including talent reviews and succession planning, as well as support for leadership and employee development programs. Work closely with management and employees to optimize productivity while fostering a workplace culture that remains aligned with the company’s core values and mission. Collaboration with Domestic and International HR Teams: Work closely with the HR Team based in the South Pacific to align regional HR strategies with global priorities and standards. Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organizational Development and other Business HR teams to attract, motivate, develop, and retain talent by aligning global resourcing, training, performance management, and reward strategies. Operational Excellence: Leverage data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and business decisions. Analyze turnover, transfers, and exit interview data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement in both U.S. and international locations. Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance HR service delivery across multiple geographies. Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and ensure compliance. Provide coaching and guidance on complex employee relations issues and labor law compliance. Partner with legal counsel to mitigate risks and resolve sensitive employee relations matters. Qualifications

Proven success as a senior human resources leader in a global company, preferably within the CPG, Manufacturing or Production industry. Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to align people strategy with business goals. Exceptional communication and influencing skills to unite common goals and objectives across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations. Ability to work both tactically and strategically to ensure business needs are met. Robust organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain effective communication across stakeholders. Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing HR talent, with a focus on fostering growth, advancing career objectives, and retaining top-performing team members. Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to interpret data and HR metrics and drive actionable insights. Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency. Commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration in a global organization. Experience in managing HR in a multi-geography context, ideally having familiarity with supporting business operations based in the South Pacific. Experience working with employment counsel, as well as proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Willingness to learn, grow and assume expanded duties as business needs evolve. Knowledge of HRIS systems, experience with UKG is a plus. Supplementary designations (PHR, SPHR) related to the human resource field are valued. Experience in unionized and non-unionized environments is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree and HR certifications are a plus. Compensation: Base Salary - $225,000 to $240,000 with opportunity for annual bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
