We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues by understanding fans best. We work with clients to help them understand and influence fan behaviors, including spending habits, event attendance, and content consumption. Our goal is to help our clients grow their audiences and revenues, both direct to consumer and business to business. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike, and Amazon. We are nearly 1000 people based out of 14 offices, delivering work for sports and entertainment businesses worldwide. Kore is a fan, partnership, and revenue intelligence platform for the sports & entertainment business. As a Business Development Director (Client Growth) at Two Circles, you will play a pivotal role in expanding relationships with existing clients through strategic upselling and cross-selling of our technology and consulting services. This role involves close collaboration with our Client Consultants and Solutions team to ensure clients maximize the value of our services. You will identify new opportunities within existing accounts, help solve complex business challenges, and drive growth in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. What you’ll be responsible for: Client Growth & Expansion
Actively engage with existing clients to uncover new opportunities for technology and consulting services that drive value and meet their evolving needs. Work closely with Client Consultants to understand objectives, pain points, and expansion opportunities for our clients. Partner with the Solutions team to craft tailored proposals showcasing how our services can address clients’ specific business needs. Collaborate with Client Consultants to build strong, long-term relationships and ensure a seamless client experience. Work with Solutions Engineers and Consultants to deliver customized recommendations and comprehensive proposals to clients. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure client requirements are understood and effectively addressed.
Client Retention
Focus on building trust and providing ongoing value to clients by recommending new solutions and services. Regularly review client accounts and feedback with Client Consultants to identify areas for further growth. Ensure clients maximize their investment by demonstrating the full capabilities of our technology and services.
Requirements Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management role. Experience working in sports, entertainment, or a related industry. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage relationships with key stakeholders at existing accounts. Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels. Excellent problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions. Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking platforms. Knowledge of SaaS solutions and enterprise software products is highly preferred.
