Our client, a mid-sized General Contractor based South of Boston is actively looking for a Superintendent to join their team and take the lead on large commercial and multifamily projects up to $65M throughout the Greater Boston area!Client DetailsOur client, a small General Contractor located south of Boston, specializes in various markets, including Multifamily, Senior Living, and General Commercial. Their projects typically range from $40M to $60M, encompassing both ground-up construction and fit-outs. They are deeply committed to fostering a positive company culture and prioritizing the well-being of their employees. Currently, they are seeking to staff a ground-up Multifamily project on the South Shore of Massachusetts, which will span the next 18 months, with a robust pipeline of work lined up thereafte *Apply now for immediate consideration*DescriptionJob Responsibilities: * Overseeing on-site daily project operations * Generating daily project reports * Ensuring projects are progressing and per schedule and in accordance with local building codes and laws * Ensures Safety codes/regulations are followed by laborers and staffProfileThe Successful Candidate: * Holds a CSL * 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading projects (Ideally in the Multifamily space) * Experience utilizing construction software (Procore, Bluebeam) * Experience successfully overseeing ground up commercial/multifamily construction projectsJob Offer * Competitive base salary up to $175,000 depending on experience * 401K * 3 weeks PTO + sick and holidays * 401K structure + match * Auto allowance $750 per month and unlimited gas card * Cell phone reimbursementMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
