They are currently looking for a talented and experienced Superintendent to join the team and help them deliver exceptional results on projects that range from $20M to $150M in new construction and $1M to $20M in interiors.DescriptionAs a Superintendent, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a wide variety of projects, from large-scale new constructions to complex interior buildouts. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional looking to make a significant impact in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.The Superintendent - New Construction and Interiors will have the following responsibilities: * Supervise and manage all phases of construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Lead and mentor project teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and other construction personnel. * Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and enforce company policies on-site. * Coordinate and schedule deliveries, inspections, and approvals with subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives. * Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure that work is proceeding according to plan. * Manage client and subcontractor relationships to maintain positive communication and resolve any issues quickly.ProfileThe Superintendent - New Construction and Interiors will have the following qualifications: * 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects in the healthcare, life sciences, education, or similar sectors. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. * Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools. * OSHA certification and strong knowledge of construction safety regulations. * Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required.Job OfferThe Superintendent - New Construction and Interiors will receive: * Competitive salary + Annual bonus based on company and individual performance. * Vehicle allowance * Comprehensive benefits package including 3 types of medical, 2 types of dental, vision, FSA, HSA, and 401k match (50% match of up to 6%). * Paid parking and access to an on-site fitness facility. * 3 weeks of PTO to start (negotiable) + paid company holidays. * Life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and dependent care account.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
