If you have at least 2 years of experience in an APM role and are eager to take the next step in your career, this is a great opportunity for you to grow into a Project Manager position. In this role, you will support the Project Manager, lead key project components, and gain hands-on experience in estimating, change orders, and financial tracking.The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Washington DC will have the following Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Project Manager in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Take ownership of document control, including submittals and RFIs.
* Lead or assist in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
* Assist in developing price estimates and change orders.
* Track project finances and ensure alignment with budgets.
* Work with Procore for project management tasks.
* Contribute to upcoming projects, including Congress Heights and Barnard Elementary School.ProfileThe Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Washington DC will have the following qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
* Experience working on multifamily construction projects.
* Proficiency in document control (submittals, RFIs).
* Exposure to running OAC meetings, drafting change orders, and managing project finances.
* Procore experience required.
* Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Experience with estimating is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and support a team.Job OfferThe Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Washington DC will receive:
* Competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 based on experience
