They believe in building and maintaining relationships with their team, clients, and communities.DescriptionResponsibilities of a Lead Multifamily Construction Superintendent are: * Project Management: Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and site personnel. Foster a positive and productive work environment. * Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. * Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations. * Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Promote a culture of safety on all job sites. * Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and address any financial discrepancies. * Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
