Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Data Analyst/Data Engineer
to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming our financial systems. This team focuses on complex data analysis, reconciliation, and SQL optimization to support the migration of applications from legacy frameworks to modern, cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise in complex data/platform migration analysis to support management decision-making. Lead initiatives related to finance data strategy, application processes, and control frameworks. Optimize business processes and performance by designing and implementing data-driven solutions. Drive performance improvement efforts for high-volume, near real-time reporting systems. Collaborate with technology teams to resolve data challenges and develop scalable solutions. Design and share best practices for SQL optimization, data modeling, and reporting. Lead automation and visualization efforts using modern reporting tools. Ensure reporting solutions comply with internal control standards. Must-Have Skills:
7+ years of advanced SQL/ETL experience with a focus on deconstructing ETL processes. Strong expertise in Data Analysis and Data Engineering using tools like Iceberg and Databricks. Hands-on experience with Data Lakehouse technologies such as Dremio. Proficiency in automation and reporting tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or ThoughtSpot. Proven track record in enterprise-level transformative technology projects or experience in financial services (e.g., Capital Markets, Liquidity, Asset & Liability Management, Corporate Treasury). Skilled in working at the intersection of business and technology to deliver effective data solutions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in supporting finance transformation within major technology companies. Advanced understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design. Familiarity with high-volume data environments and near real-time processing. Why Join Us?
