Description Amazon is seeking a Senior Social Strategist to drive repeatable, breakthrough social constructs that can scale across Prime brand campaigns and globally. Our ideal candidate possesses a high bar for global brand development, social strategy, qualitative and quantitative measurement tools. They also have a strong pulse on social media landscapes including digital video, GenAI and innovative content themes. They have working knowledge and experience delivering best in class brand campaigns across social media channels inclusive of Meta, TikTok, Snap and YouTube. They are customer obsessed, data-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. They are comfortable both independently leading content strategy and working in close partnership with internal and external team members with a lens toward innovation, scale and efficiency. Key job responsibilities Core responsibilities · Own brand strategy and content production for Prime branded social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap and YouTube. . Develop creative briefs for agencies, celebrities, influencers and content creators . Project manage social content production campaigns including managing external agencies, partners and cross-functional teams · Own social marketing metrics, goals, and KPIs to measure and track business result to the leadership team and broader organization . Strategically support business and contract negotiations . Collaborate cross-functionally with NAS, Creator Growth, PR, creative, media and analytics teams to scale brand campaigns . Research and identify innovative opportunities within new and existing social platforms, production models and formats to drive efficiencies in reaching existing and new customers Basic Qualifications 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages Preferred Qualifications Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
