Position preferred in San Jose, California. Option to work in Hillsboro, Oregon if travel requirements can be met. Responsibilities: Work directly with a world leading consumer electronics customer to understand their technical concerns and represent Qorvo technology. Define and execute differentiated customer development strategies for Qorvos Mobile Division. Qorvo's Mobile Division specializes in advanced radio frequency (RF) solutions that enhance connectivity in mobile devices. Focus on developing winning customer strategies to fuel Qorvos revenue growth. Exposure to all aspects of the sales process: customer management, technical program management, operations, product roadmap development, product strategy, finance and contracts. Work with Qorvo global factory locations facilitating product planning and execution. Collaborate with Qorvo business units to develop value based commercial proposals that drive Qorvos business objectives. Thorough understanding of Qorvos Mobile product line: 5G Ultra-High-Band (UHB) Front-End Modules (FEMs), RF Fusionandtrade; and RF Flexandtrade; Solutions, Mobile Filters, Antenna Control Solutions, Mobile Wi-Fi Solutions. ```{=html} ``` - Understand customer technical product direction and guide Qorvo in high value design win opportunities. - Achieve customer design wins and revenue targets for Qorvo Mobile Division. - Develop customer business and engineering relationships. - Forecasting and opportunity tracking. - Required domestic travel up of 25%. Recurring biweekly travel expected. Qualifications: BS Degree in Business Administration or other related field. Minimum of 12 years of related industry experience. Strong leadership, organization and program management skills. Ideal candidate will have a background in radio frequency engineering and working relationship with key mobile OEMs. Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $154,800 - $201,300, relevant for the California Bay Area (subject to change dependent on physical location).Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.Base compensation is one element of Total Rewards offered at Qorvo.
